 Welcome! I’m Ira Zezir, creator of The Architecture of Intimacy.

I use the word "Architecture" because we imagine, design, and build our lives.

Specializing in Gender, Sex and Relationship Diversity, from both a therapeutic and lived experience lens.

My life journey is constructed with pain, pleasure, love, and grief. I welcome a relationship with it all, that is, intimacy to me.

From being a Hospice Chaplain, to being a Dominatrix, giving a TEDx Talk on Boundaries to lectures at Universities on Polyamoury, I have lived and studied a vast scope of relationships.

I rebuilt my life by reclaiming my spirituality and trust in pleasure through tantra and intuitive relating. I was raised Catholic and plagued by generational abuse trauma, drowning in anxiety and addiction cycles, until I realized that unifying my sexuality with my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual energy was vital to living a divine life.

  • Our bodies are our home. How we feel physically is a huge part of how we show up in the world. The body keeps score, so in order to heal the body must shift.

  • The mind is a terrible thing to waste or to let run wild. Knowing how to navigate your thoughts is how you become a master of yourself.

  • Emotions are feelings in motion. You can ride the wave and stay a float or you can be drowned out by the tidal. Your emotional intelligence is key to communication.
